The ingredients that you will need are:
2 ½ cups plain flour
½ cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 medium egg
¾ cup white sugar
sesame seeds for coating
cooking oil for frying
