Vera Lynn continued to sing after the war and did countless concerts, several appearances on television and “The Vera Lynn Show” on BBC. Made her last public appearance singing in 1995 at the VE Day celebration, after continuing to appear in interviews and dedicating herself to charity. In 1952 he was first in the USA with “auf wiedersehen” and in 1954 he was first in the United Kingdom with “My son, My son”, he was still in the top 10 in 1967 with “It hurts to say goodbye”, in 2009 Vera became the oldest person to come first with the CD “We'll meet again: The very best of Vera Lynn” and in 2017 released the CD “Vera Lynn 100” in celebration of her 100th birthday. His most famous songs are: “We’ll meet again”, “The White cliffs of dover” and “A nightgale sang in berkeleysquare”. Throughout his career, he recorded numerous songs such as: "Yours", "I'll be seeing you", "autumn leaves", "what a wonderful world", "My Way", "Let me try again", "Sailing", "Rainbow connection", "Who's sorry now", "mistakes", "I wonder and Thank your for the music (ABBA)", "Red sails in the sunset", "Land of hope and glory", "It's a sin to tell a lie ”“ Morning of my life ”and many others. Dame Vera Lynn died in 2020 at the age of 103, leaving a legacy of pride for the whole UK, at the beginning of the corona virus pandemic she encouraged the population to have the same spirit of war and said to keep smiling and singing. kzitem.info/news/bejne/z4qvs2iXbGRyp6A

Get Bing out of there. I just want to see Vera sing this to us. She's a good lookin' lady anyway, but she's really pretty here.
