Side bar..didn’t knw beautiful black women existed in a place like Alaska so shot out to you on that😁👍🏾. Now that that’s out of the way lol love the vids that you do because I can not find a lot of information on Anchorage Alaska and it is a place I have considered relocating to. And a couple concerns I did have about Alaska was 1. Pollution in regards to smog/air quality cleanliness of the areas and what the overall effects on human health would be. 2. The areas of Anchorage, what are some good livable areas in terms of owning and or renting. Schools, neighborhood safety, good and bad areas of Anchorage etc. 3. what are some good employment opportunities/ industries within anchorage that would pay you according to the cost of living because Anchorage is an expensive city to live in being that it is separated from the lower 48. And lastly what is the best way to move to a place like Anchorage? I’ve considered taking the Alcan because I would be coming from Chicago. But I drive a 3series and I don’t know if there would be any serious terrain I would have to navigate in order to get to Anchorage. If you can please make a video touching some of these topics I would greatly appreciate it. Because again there is just nothing really out there that’s as informational as some of the videos I’ve seen from you thanx. And keep making vids about Alaska👍🏾😁

I work in health insurance and my team has several large Alaska groups. The cost of health care is much higher in Anchorage compared to the rest of the country. Especially if you are looking for anything other than primary care. The lack of competition has a huge impact here. I used HealthcareBluebook.com to compare prices of the first 5 procedures that came to mind. Hip MRI - Ohio $938 - Anchorage $3,085 - 229% more 3d Mammogram - bilateral - Ohio $246 - Anchorage $481 - 96% more Vasectomy - Ohio $836 -Anchorage $868 -4% more Total Knee Replacement Ohio $26,300- Anchorage $49,943 -90% more Basic office Visit - Ohio $173 - Anchorage $185 -7% more Thank you again for another informative video.

Would recommend anchorage, palmer, wasilla, eagle river, kenai area. The south central area is the most accessible to goods and services. Anchorage also has no sales tax (smaller cities (municipalities) do tend to add their own taxes on goods). Good luck and enjoy!!

You’re fine. In general in any of the metropolitan areas (Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau) and their surrounding smaller towns/cities pay $9.89 for jobs that aren’t in oil, nursing, engineering, or specialized trades. The universities are not a stable job market at the moment either and I hear teaching is especially difficult due to the low testing scores statewide. You can get lucky and find places that pay $10.50-12, but I don’t see them very often if at all. Most available jobs these days (even before covid) seem to be in retail or service industry.

Where is this $31 pizza? Please provide a source for this. The Moose's Tooth has a 18 inch pizza for $18.95 . Egg Foo Yung is outrageous though. $17.

If there are black women that are as beautiful as you in Alaska it would be worth the trip I was stationed in Nome when I was in the Navy.
