The Bitrix24 system looks great (well thought out). 2 quesutons: 1) Which of the following is easy to (aka automatically) migrate to Bitrix24 from another CRM package: Organizations, Contacts, Deals, Emails, Completed Activities, Activities In Progress, Won Deals, and Lost Deals. 2) Is it easy to create a custom report BY User, listing EVERY Activity in Progress (BY Deal), WITH Activity Due Dates (excluding all Completed Activities)? It is possible to filter by lost deals on the list view and you can create a report is you want a high level view

Yes. This edition is for 12 users and a lifetime cost although you should budget to buy updates annual which are charged at 25% of the original license cost
