I was in Borneo back in March (2023) on an expedition with Chester Zoo we stayed at Sukau Rainforest lodge on the Kinabatangan River.. truly next level definitely love Borneo the people are amazing the wildlife even better.. we seen plenty of crocs totally love them, we had a couple of 15ft -16ft crocs swim past the boat within arms reach not even interested in us due to the abundance of natural prey even lucky enough to see a 14 footer eating a 3ft Asian Arrowana one morning.. so between them & the lizards I was living the dream 😀😀.. what was cool is the young Asian water monitors would cover themselves in mud then climb a tree with the same colour bark as the mud for camouflage.. totally love Borneo can’t wait to go back.. I subscribed on another one of your vids last night keep up the good work mate..

OMG, I love your channel! This reminds me of my childhood home in South Florida. Growing up as a kid and living on a canal. I was only a day old in my daddy’s boat. I was taught to respect all the creatures that lived in these waterways. I loved being in the canoe and exploring like this with my friends. We had every critter you could imagine in my backyard. Alligators are very shy of people they never let me near them, soon as we would walk towards it, it would jump in the water. We did a lot of rehabilitation and release of turtles. They loved to find their way in our pool. I love how you bring awareness to all these amazing creatures. I’m definitely going to be using your video in the high school classroom next time. I want to shout out Brave Wilderness channel for recommending yours. Be safe 💝

As a person from Borneo, massive respect to you. As a child it true that we swin and doing cacthing fish even in big river with massive croc. Non of the native or local people dare to harm croc. It different story nowday.. Outsider begin to hunt them. There even mark of high caliber bullet on some of the croc bullet. The croc out for blood now. That why you often hered cases of croc attack closer to river mouth.

The gap between videos made me think (hope) that you were getting your dive certification but definitely not disappointed. Didn't the first post show the wound for a moment? I know it kind of grossed me out a bit. Made me think-a few weeks ago I was diving with a shark for about 3 minutes and I started to get a bit nervous. All the others I saw, I had to chase to get just seconds of video so I finally got what I wanted - more time and it made me worry a bit, basically because it was really just me and her (female black tip). Don't know how you will top this in the next part or parts! Cheers mate
