Good video, the M54 yeast does a good job at ale temps. You may like to try the Lutra Kveik for lager type beers which is another clean fermenting yeast but is ready in just a few days. I really should brew another BIAB all griain but its finding the time. Thanks for posting. It will be interesting how this compares to the clone you did using Morgan's Australian Bitter.

Nice one Pierre hopefully turns out good 👍 mine had turned out very nice. Did you ever contact David Heath about the malt pipe screen? He might have some tips for you. Cheers

@@SimpleHomeBrew nah I think you’ll find if you send him a question he will reply home brewers stick together lol. Could you run it without the screen seal? My brewzilla doesn’t have either and I don’t get that much past it and when recirculating I put 1/2 a tea strainer over the over flow but I run the recirculating worth through a sieve for about 15 minutes and I have good results. On the brewzilla though it’s a nice neat fit. It’s a bit annoying as you’ve said you pay top $$$ for a grainfather

Great video. Found it very informative as I'm thinking of making the leap to all grain. Don't think I'll be able to stretch to the Grainfather so it'll have to be BIAB.

I wouldn't recommend a Grainfather either, way too expensive in my opinion. I wish I bought something cheaper.

@@SimpleHomeBrew yeah agree, way too expensive. I'll have to do some research! Getting good results with extract so no hurry.
