I've used this trap for 5 years and the kill rate is 100%. This trap is like a sniper, the headshot takes out rats big or small easily. My favourite bait is a south Indian spicy snack called round Murukku because it's hard it easily activates the trigger when the rat pulls it.

Thanks for the videos. I’ve been living in an old house with extensions for 15 years and been struggling with rats for most of that time. Done some bpca training and learnt a lot about dealing with rats and mice. Your vids are very helpful and entertaining. I’m actually thinking of going into pest control as a mid life career change.

Take a look at our playlist on rats, there are also playlists on drainage and also rat flaps. Ps. Keep an eye out for our franchise opportunities coming in the near future.

@@PestInterceptors thanks will do, I’ve already watched most of your rat videos and a few others. Looks like a very professional outfit. What would be a reasonable income estimate for a one man outfit?

@@timbaldwin2559 there are so many variables in pest control that effect earnings. Lockdowns, weather, recession, fuel prices….etc. In fact the past 3 years have been so insane it’s impossible to tell if we are doing well or not (we are but not sure about the competition 😉).

If they keep coming back every year liek you said, you want to get that pest company that offers a rat free lifetime guarantee in... they seem good.

Well spotted!!! 🤣 But we do need to keep our top secret trap testing facility (in Stourbridge West Midlands) with a constant supply of rats and mice.

Awesome stuff! I must put a note on here though as these traps are not licensed for squirrels in the uk. Only rats and mice. I can’t comment on other countries laws. But always check in the country you are in you’re that your working within the laws of the land.

The first thing I would do is have a talk with the neighbours. With most insect infestation problems, remove the food source/breeding ground is the first step. If they won’t help the local council can force them to clean up their act with legislation.

Well done, I’ve had great success with the doc 150 traps, never used liquorice all sorts as bait, peanut butter on burned toast seems to work well, great video.

It is a bit of a mystery why the rats of the Black Country (Midlands of England) love liquorice and anything aniseed. 🤷♂️

Ive got something scratching under the floor /wall downstairs. No droppings that ive found and not noticed any scratching upstairs. Put covers on air bricks. Any suggestions? My husband does not think its a drain issue because theres no water leaking or smell.

Hi Haley, in our experience it’s nearly always drainage/sewer issues. Usually pipes are broken or misplaced on the top of the pipe so you don’t get any leaks and therefore no smells. We travel the whole of the UK solving these problems. Perhaps you need our Rat Free Lifetime Guarantee service? www.pestinterceptors.co.uk/rat-free-lifetime-guarantee

Arent black cats strictly for indoor use??!
@PestInterceptors

The phrase “in our garden” meant they were inside a shed. Perhaps watch the videos before trying to be clever? Ps. No they aren’t “strictly for indoor use” as they can be set outside inside protective tunnels.
