I love mine! I have two dogs. Fantastic on hardwood. Also goes flat to the floor to get under furniture. Couldn’t believe how much dog hair this was picking up. Also used it on my bedroom carpet which is old. Actually did a better job than my full size vacuum. Def give this two thumbs up!

Such a random question but our brush head is now stuck wont rotate and we can't figure out why! at 2:55 when you're manually rotating the brush head, on the right hand side where your hand is turning it, does the interior grey piece rotate WITH the head or does the head rotate while that side of the grey piece stays still?

Thank you for the tutorial. I got mine today and I tried vacuuming my carpet and it kept shutting off so I don’t know what the issue is but I may need to try it again tomorrow after it’s been fully charged. However if it continues to shut off I will be returning mine

Let it fully charge and hopefully that is your issue. If not then yes you should defiantly return it!

Thanks for making this review! I'm currently hesitating between this vacuum and the "extreme" model in the same brand, I'd love to see a video on the black+decker powerseries extreme if you happen to get one! I'm hesitant to get this one for the battery life over a long term and the non-removable battery compared to the "extreme" model. but the "extreme" model seems to have a harder time with larger debris because the head is more flush with the floor. I'm moreso worried about that in the long-term, the wider head would likely be still useable 2 years from now with a lower suction capacity while the flatter head + lower suction might render the thing useless...

Thanks for the comment. We have not reviewed the "extreme" model yet but a huge plus is defiantly what you pointed out with the removable battery. Plus I don't know about your power tool situation but it is the same battery readily available across their drills and outdoor equipment (huge bonus for me since I use their cordless tools). In regards to the "heads" I would say unless you vacuum tons of large debris consistently its not a deal breaker especially since you can just use the crevice tool or no head for large items. The good news is with how cheap this vacuum is ~$90 at the time of this video you won't be out much in 2-3 years if the battery fails and its time to buy another vacuum. I would recommend the "extreme" if you already have other 20v BD tools and need an extra battery anyways. If not, then the regular version will be good enough for how affordable it is!

@@DigitalDavid I rewatched your video and noticed the Powerseries+ doesn't detach from the vacuum head so I went with the Extreme instead as I need to be able to vacuum baseboards, corners and higher up (without breaking my back). If the vacuum head is too low and doesn't vacuum bigger things, I think I'll take it apart and replace the small wheels on the front. That should give me a better ability to vacuum bigger things! Thanks for your response!
