Black Ghee Roast
Ingredients:-
Chicken - 500
Black Masala - 2 tb spn
Onion - 1
Curd - 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 3 sprigs
Ghee - 2 tb spn
Salt - To Taste
Water / Chicken stock - As Required
Black Masala Ingredients:-
Fresh Coconut- 1/4 cup
Pepper - 1 tsp
Fennel - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Whole garam masala- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 6
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Dry roast all the above ingredients on a low flame till they turn golden brown colour on low flame for 10-15 mins. Let them cool & grind into a powder.
