Jennifer Lewis I love u. There are no words for how much u inspire me. You remind me so much of my grandmother. Blunt, stern, and might tell u what u don’t want to hear lol. But u 2 always speak the truth and reek humility and laughter.

I could listen to you all day. I pause the audiobook to look up the people in the book and I'm learning so much. I'm so HAPPY you don't straighten your hair. I love Michelle Obama with all my heart but I wish to god she'd love her kinky curly hair. It seems like it's my biggest pet peeve, black hair trying to look white.
