Tomorrow is the greatest day in the anomalous materials lab. They say they went to some lengths to get the purest sample yet! This was great! Can't believe this sort of thing hasn't been done before. I loved the inclusion of the G-Man, it helped add to the eeriness of it all. I'd love to see this done but for the Combine's propaganda in City 17 with an early 2010's aesthetic. It'd be fun to see what other propaganda they use other than Dr Breen.

Would a 2010s aesthetic exist in the HL universe? The Combine basically stagnate humanity's technological level somewhere between/ a little behind the 2000s (due to lost resources like the internet and widespread computer resources of the era) and high-range futuretech (depending how much human resistance can utilize Combine tech). It does beg the question of how much video editing is common in the HL2 era, IIRC so far all we know is the live-video of rebel communications and supposed-live/repeating of Breencast networks.
