Today happy cooking moments has come with an healthy rice recipe, BLACK RICE . It is rich in iron, protein / folic acid , niacin etc and and fibres , It is good source of anti oxidants too . i have used easy to cook DAWAT BLACK RICE . You can make just a simple rice ,by boiling in pan or cooker, i have made fried black rice . Please do try this recipe and share your valuable feedback . 1. Black rice 1 bowl
2. Water 2.. 5 bowl
3. Salt as per taste
4. Ghee 2 tsp
5. Oil 1 to 2 tbsp
6. Cumin seeds 3/4 tsp
7. Garlic 5 to 8
8. Onion 1. chopped
9. Vegetables like beans , carrot . peas corn , capsicums , outer part of tomato etc
