I love Tony, the Headless Cross is one of my top Sabbath albums, but, despite singing really beautifully the Ozzy era songs, they are too "neat". Ozzy's songs should be sung out of tune, almost awkwardly, that's their power

@@3morbid Rights issues (Warner Bros put that one out) and Tony basically came in and followed Ray Gillen's vocal lines at the last minute, anyway -- he doesn't have any influence on the band itself until Headless Cross.

and considering Tony Martin was sick and not at 100% when they recorded this it turned out pretty great. There's some live stuff out there from the Tyr tour where he sounds absolutely unbelievable.

Still have the VHS cassette and the live album that came out as a bundle back in the day. Listening to Sabbath´s Ozzy era for years I was not the greatest fan of Tony Martin´s, at first. But this live performance really made me change my mind and appreciate the Tony Martin era.

If we had cell phones back, then like we do now we would have used them. Imagine all the great concerts we could be seeing now from back in the day if we had mobile phones that did what we can today. Yeah, there are some great bootlegs but not many. Don't knock it people today will be able to look back at their life and experience in 4K. We have Polaroid's lol

@@leestone7258 We have witnessed and watched the concerts, while the morons of today just stare at their screens. Music is dead anyway, for 99% of the people today it's just background noise. Even at concerts it's the same. Back in the day: 90-120 minutes fun and enjoyment, today all these losers sit on their asses, are more concerned with whatsapp/instagram/whatever the curred fad app is and only react when that one "hit" they recognize comes up at the end. People today are pathetic.

They hadn't enough time to come down and play here in Brasil or South America with this line up, too bad. Because in 1997 Mr.Ozzy was already back to Sabbath where his spot belongs for sure and they recorded that Reunion live album. But this live register with Tony Martin at the time kick ass🤟💯 He sang really good those songs from Dio's era, even though INTO THE VOID is my fav... Heavy as hell, yeah!!

1994. A shame Tony was sick - he was amazing on the San Jose bootleg from this tour, and even more fantastic on the Tyr tour. He's such a good singer, I don't think people realise he had the flu at this show, but yes he usually sounded better than this.

What an amazing set, flawlessly performed. The band was really tight with Tony Martin I wish those albums had been more successful at the time but the 90s belonged to grunge. Still this era of sabbath is up there with the ozzy and Dio eras
