Blackened chicken tenders
1 tablespoon smoked paprika (or use regular paprika)
1 teaspoon cayenne powder (use more for a spicier blend)
1 tablespoon Guajillo chili powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
Gallon baggie
2 lbs Chicken breast(thinly sliced tenders)
Preheat oven to 375°, Add all spices to the baggie, add chicken, close bag and shake.
Shake, shake, shake, and shake a little more. I used a cooking sheets and add a piece of parchment paper to it. Please tenders on cooking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
