Nearly 5 years later and we still don't have native FluentUI components for Blazor in some services, so this tutorial was a life saver! I had been struggling with this for days

This was brilliant! Thank you guys. I'm a bit annoyed that Microsoft hasn't released Fluent as Blazor Components. This is exactly what I needed!!

This is really cool guys, would be great to see more complex examples of interop with commonly used libraries!

A trick : you can watch series at kaldrostream. Me and my gf have been using them for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.

He is such a mature JS developer that he puts strings in single quotes without any hesitation.

Yeah it hit my eye as soon as he did it. Also the missing "async" keyword, done that mistake many times enough :p

This is great. I wanted to call Blazor components from my React app though...

Interesting video, thanks. I should point out that this works because the Blazor and React components on the page are separate and *not* nested. If you put any Blazor component inside a React component, or React inside Blazor, they will overwrite each other's changes and your results will be void.

That's the next video we can make!!! We can go deeper into this... both Blazor and React do Virtual dom diffing so you defiantly have to be careful not to overwrite things. This video demonstrates using react as your view layer and letting Blazor handle routing, state management etc. But if you notice Blazor is changing the state/model and even though we are calling React to render each time it still is performant. If you look at the SSR React or even connected components with Redux, the React components are rendered already hydrated and then are re-hydrated when state changes. This was kind of the idea we were going for. Thanks for the comment and stay tuned!!!

Hi, instead of using render method, is it possible to use like ... and also and able to bind the value to javascript variable and convert it into Blazor static type object?

So you could do server-side blazor and for important latence-free ui stuff you could do react? Can you also build react components as own files or do scripting inside of the .razor components?

Hi guys, your video is brilliant ! Right to the point and it shows that the job can be done. I would like to humbly ask you (because of my huge lack of knowedge on React) if you could show a video of a more complex integration ? In the past, I have used the amazing babylonjs framework to create a 3D model, modify the model replacing meshes, all from inside Blazor (wasm) with some js interop and it worked flawlesslly. Today I am struggling to integrate the react diagrams project in my current project: projectstorm.cloud/react-diagrams/?path=/story/simple-usage--locked-widget Is there a way to can accomplish this from inside Blazor ? How to integrate with an existing project in github ? There are some graph solutions out there but many are not multi port, or cannot even label a node or a path properly. That react component is the holy grial ! Any hints or videos would be extremely appreciated. Cheers guys and keep up the excellent work !!
