Updated 2023/08/15 Will show you how to remove the shaft in the pitcher and blade system to fix a leak.
It depends on what's causing the leak. You'll need to take it apart and inspect each part. Cleaning it will make it easier to see any wear or damage to the parts. Sometimes, it's just a piece of fibrous food in a seal that causes the leak. Cleaning that out could stop the leak. Sometimes, over tightening the base-to-jar gasket will cause it to leak. A lot of blenders don't have serviceable seals on the blade shaft. If yours isn't serviceable, all you can do is blast hot water and/or compressed air around the seal guard and hope you knock the trash out of the seal. Sometimes, that seal is just too worn out. On the non-serviceable style, you have to buy a new blade assembly.
If you only have a slow leak, it'll leak less if you finish blending sooner. So sharpening your blades will help you finish sooner and leak less.
