I learned a lot from your tutorials. Thank you very much. Quick advice: you don't need to add an empty each time to want to mirror. In this case it is enough if in edit mode you select a vertice that is on the outer edge of the object on the plane that you want to mirror on. Make sure your pivot point set to the 3D cursor. Then ALT-S -> cursor to selected, Shift-D on the object then S+Y+ (-1) (scaling -1 on the Y axis = mirroring). It's quicker and don't leave unneeded objects.

thanks, this was not frustrating to follow. I like the simple nature of just making a squared tunnel look a lot more interesting. this is good to get more familiar with the node system.

if anyone runs into the same issue as me (as a complete beginner with blender) where you import your Maximo Character and he still holds that T-pose and not the animation. Press the Play button to change frame inside of Blender. spent like 15 mins trying to figure that out, I thought I did something wrong when importing.

Thank you for your tutorials! I've been watching sooo many 1.5h tutorials lately and soaking it all in, but never actually sitting down and finish something myself. Those less than 15 min videos of yours actually got me to start and finish something again - not only can I learn something, but after about 30 minutes I have a cool animated loop or image to show for it (without having to be a master sculptor). Keep it up. :)

I spent ages wondering why mine wasn't doing what yours was so I paused and noticed inner verts selected in subdivisions and mine wasn't at default, just incase anyone wonders why they aren't getting the same deforming effects happening after adding the displace modifier o/ Great tutorial, your video on water with sunrises got me into it all.

for some reason my eevee doesnt quite have the volumetrics yours does. I wish you could of gone over that part because the new version isnt just check boxes

I am running into this too at the texture coordinate node bump, did you ever find a solution? The rendering is not multi colored and detailed.

Recreating your tutorials is really fun, until i come to the point of rendering... It seems that my reflections are always pixalated (even with "Half Res Trace" off) while yours look totally clean. It is really frustrating! If you somehow know a fix for that pls let me know! Great work! Keep it up!

Hello, I have a problem, when I made it first on blender, all the shading and lights were turned on and worked. But when I relaunched the software one day later. The shading and lighting are shown as active but I can't see them... Do you have any idea how to resolve this problem ?

when I do the texture coordinate node to the bump it doesnt come out as detailed and with the different colors as shown, Im using Blender 2.9. Also my comp is super slow when I add those so I am not sure if the Eevee view options need to be changed, cant tell what the volumetric settings are set to.
