Cool, thats a very good trick to have both Sky Texture and HDRI in the same setup!

Yes Indeed. Gives you much control over the environment lighting. Just realised after this video you can actually get very good HDRI sky images from ambientCG, an example is this link: ambientcg.com/view?id=SkyOnlyHDRI005

Yes I do, in this case, it was at the default of Filmic. Truth is i rarely do change that area from the Filmic but now that you've raised that, i will like to explore the other options available. Thanks and please do subscribe, we got more content coming up soon.😀
