I've experimenting with using this as a template so I appended it into a new file and duplicated the building. Hit the 2 next to the count to delete the original building's geometry node from the second building and it gave me a duplicate geometry node setup with .001 extension allowing me to change the 2nd building. Just by changing the 1 x 1 models I can give the 2nd building a different look. A very useful tutorial you explained the details as you went along. Thanks.

I think the math works out a lot easier if you leave the origin to be the center. Then when you are moving the walls, you only need to offset either X or Y for each wall, not both. And it's completely symmetrical.

Great tutorial!- though you went a bit fast at times, I kept having to restart from 0 as I would miss things and screw up. Also, just a warning to anyone coming across this hoping to get anything exportable out of GeoNodes. ATM, using the "Realize Instance" node (i.e. what you use to make the geo node structure "real" geometry) destroys all uvs on the the instances in the process of creating the mesh. This makes geo nodes practically unusable for anything outside of Blender at the time of writing.
