1) Removing blade: left-hand thread! Protect adapter with cloth, inside I held the blade also with a cloth.
2) Open encapsulation: place Jar on a tube for controlled cracking, apply hammer blow with a pole (sharpened for centering).
3) clean all parts, remember correct order ;-)
4) In my case the upper (inner) encapsulation-seal of the bearing was broken (maybe the cause for the bearing fault?), therefore I now exchanged the upper and lower encapsulation-seal to reduce leakage into the bearing
5) Exchange bearing: I replaced the china-bearing with a high quality SKF bearing (Type 608 2RSH)
6) Glue with two-component epoxy glue in a 2-step procedure: first little amounts of glue and pressure to ensure correct placement/fitting. After hardening apply large amounts of glue to obtain bead for stability. Let's see how many cycles this will resist. There may exist a stronger glue than epoxy, which I would use in case it breaks once.
7) Assemble blade with all sealings, etc.
So far, (several weeks) the blender works perfectly again, I will update you in case it breaks once.
Note: the lower metal-plate was not bent by this procedure, but by a previous naive opening approach with a screwdriver.
This instruction comes without warranty, suggestions and experiences welcome!
