I think you did a good session there! I can see why you use the weed membrane over your crops as you have such an issue with bindweed, but I am not entirely convinced that it leads to better crop yields🤔. What do you think after this season?

Cheryl has said often that she prefers me growing the plum tomatoes rather that crimson crush and blush, but I have explained that those varieties are not blight resistant and to grow outdoor tomatoes with all the work that involves and then lose them overnight to blight would be a disaster. And this summer I have had blighted tigerella growing alongside crimson crush and the crimson is not affected at all. So I am sticking with the blight resistant tomatoes and potatoes. Keep your chin up and keep going. 👍👏
