Great vid and tips thanks 😊 I have a 3 car block brick driveway like this And my advise to everyone asking about weeds is the fact you’ll have to accept is ……weeds will grow everywhere and anywhere ….you’ll just have to accept it But by maintaining your driveway as shown in this vid is the only/ best way to keep it looking good especially here in the UK where you can literally have 4 different weather types in one day for most months .. we do get a few weeks of sunshine every year 🤪 One other tip if possible is to hire a compacter once the sand is down which also helps to level the bricks and obviously compact the sand not absolutely necessary but an added bonus 👍🏽

Can we mix jointing sand with dry cement to fill the gaps then wet it after? Second question: I've seen builders mix cement and jointing sand and spread it all over the flat bed of sharp sand, put the slabs down, then wet the slabs for a few minutes. What do you reckon? Is it a good idea?

We recently put pavers in our driveway and plan on sealing it but wanted to know the pros and cons before we go ahead? Does sealing the pavers stop the sand from moving around so much? The moment there is was water spillage from our water hose, we see gaps and the sand is all dispersed. Will sealing it help in anyway?

Wouldn't the pressure washer disturb the base beneath the pavers? Will the sand fill those voids?
@clearviewroofcleaning

No it will not disturb the base beneath the sand that comes out is between the blocks and this is replaced to lock the blocks together

Clearview Pressure washing and window Cleaning here in Florida there's a method that uses wet sand. You need a specific pressure wash tip but it does work; it was invented by a company called seal n lock. I'm working on learning how to do it, since it is much faster and requires less effort
