Dr. Phil a bag and flip it Vinyls degrade over time. They erode with each use. CD is better for preserving music than vinyl ever could be. I enjoy the sound vinyls produce more but when it comes to preservation CD is superior.

I don't know if many people will get this but as a saxophonist, I view Aes' journey as very parallel to a lot of jazz musicians. At a certain point in one's career, you start developing an ever-expanding vocabulary of riffs (or words) to pull from. It's common for this mentality to become a run-away-train, wherein the desire for expansion supersedes the efficacy of the content itself. You eventually reach this summit of understanding where the words and notes become meaningless; you, stuck in a vacuum of your own ego, a hyper-analytical creative prison. What we're seeing recently with Aes' - i'd argue - is that wise trip down the other side of the mountain. Limitless vocabulary in-hand, put to use with new-found perspective and reservation. I'm lovin it
