The best kind of CEO to have, is one that knows how to do every job in the business and is not afraid to do it.

Okay, first of all I would not say "knows how to do every job" because I my self can d almost ANYTHING....... BUT being overly confident also will get you into trouble I have learned and seen many people do. People do not know everything even if you have the confidence to do it, even experts; a real expert will admit they're an expert in a certain path. Even then they're still learning. Being afraid to do something any job... If you have the confidence tp do this or that, yes you might be able to to... but don't get in over your head.

I agree 100%. My Father came from Greece when he was 8 yrs. old. He was washing dishes full time, in a restaurant at 12. At 22, he co-owned his 1st restaurant. At 75, he ran, and owned four restaurants. He always told me "Never be afraid to work." "If the toilets need scrubbing, show the help that you can do it." "Respect the help, but always be ready to show them the door, if necessary." No matter how tired he was, He would even mop the floor, and clean the restrooms after working 18 yrs! He died at 95 yrs old working!

I say "Ok boomer" how can they get more skills if they cant afford school because of shitty pay? Maybe they didnt come from a two parent home so they already have it alil harder. "Other people have managed to rise up" yeah well for every one rise. You'll see 10 people suffer. I've seen lay offs and good men cry losing their jobs and some die because the pain was too much. You know our country was built by guys like this. It only makes sense that they should have a good life from the hard work they put in. Sadly, most of them are nearing retirement and the next generation was sold a bill of goods in high school to learn how to use a keyboard instead of an adjustable wrench. I am almost 50 now and I have made a great living from only a 1 year diploma from a trade school. The problem is that I was only 1 of 4 that graduated that year. The ability to use your hands to make or repair something is still the best way to live the American Dream. We need more shows like this.
