Are there any of these without the Russian translation?

+Stefan G. Bucher It was broadcasted via russian TV channel . If you advise me a proper tool for audio edit I can try to remove an interpreter's voice over. The other way is to add subtitles - maybe I will perform it.

+daed1524 Oh, interesting... German TV had (has?) a similar system. The question is if you can separate the audio. It depends if the video tape caries both audio channels separately. If so, you might have to separate it at the VCR point, before you move this to the computer. If you can transfer BOTH audio channels to the computer and keep them separate, it's just a matter of switching off one or the other in a program like Quicktime Pro or After Effects or Premiere (or any number of others that I don't know specifically).

In this case it's unusable. These programs were recorded directly from TV on VHS so there's no way to separate audio channels. I thought if there were some new metods based on audio analysis technologies.
