BLUE WORLD SOCIETY would you please highlight on the following points: (1) Was it not the basic claim of Blue World that it is a low cost society for the poor? (2) If it was a low cost society for the people, then why the Blue World took U TURN? (3) How did and why the society changed from the low cost to an elite society like DHA and Bahria? (4) If response to my Question No. 1 is NO then why it imposed high level DC comparing it with DC of the DHA and Bahria? Do you know that the market rate of 5 Marla plot of DHA and Bahria is 60 lac to 70 lac, therefore imposing 4 lacs as DC on 5 Marla seems justified but the 5 Marla rate of BWC is hardly 5 lac to 6 lac, therefore, could you justify 2 lacs of BWC on the plot, which resale value is hardly 5 lac 6 lac or less. (4) Why Development Charges were not told to the people and not even intimated in the letter of intimation or advertisement and why were it kept hidden? (5)Were the DC not purposely kept hidden to trap as many customers as can be in order to sell as many files as can be and the BWC played a business trick with simple customers, who had no idea of property and business trick (6) Saad Nazir in his last year 2023 speech said that if some one want exit from the Blue World, he will be refunded the whole money paid by him to the BWC with 10 percent profit. Now why he took U TURN from his own word and why is he on back foot? Is this not a business trick? (7) Why BWC make deduction from originally paid money of the customers i.e, 50 percent or more on Booking and 20 percent or more on instalments? Is this INSANI HAMDARDI? (8) Why the BWC does not pay profit as per Banks rates to the customers upon their exit and why it does not pay profit 10 percent as per the announcement of Saad Nazir last year? (9) Why the development was delayed and during about 8 years, no possession has been given to the customers? (19) Why the BWC was immensely busy in purchasing land and ballotting for about 8 year delaying the development now resulting inflation and imposing high level of DC? (20) Why the approval of NOC was not a priority of BWC instead purchase of land was a priority? Why the BWC miserably failed to get NOC while those projects started after the BWC succeeded in getting NOC? (21) Who demanded the largest society of the world for purchasing one lac kanal of land Or it was the vision of BWC to trap biggest numbers of customers in it's net? (22) No NOC means, no WAPDA electricity, hence no water, no Sui Gas, no PTC facilities and no Govt. facilities at all for society, even no transfer of plot can be done without NOC. (22) Can such large society of one lac kanals be managed and run with Solar System and what is the arrangement for night? Can LPG be substitute of Sui Gas for such a large society of one lac kanals? (23) Is mutation and registry are substitute of Transfer of plot? (24) Have you taken in confidence the customers from Questions Serial No. 22 to 23 and have they agreed to it? (25) Who will bear the monthly bills or other cost of solar system or LOG gas? Evidently, afyer 2 year grace period, you will shift the bills to the customers and they will not be able to bear such high level of bills? (25) After possession, construction of home on the BWC plot is mandatory but if some of the customers have no money to construct his home, what will be the repercussion? Will the BWC imposed fine and what will be the amount of such fine, monthly or annually and when will it start? Besides, this now mistrust has been developed by the BWC, what and how many other charges are expected, which must be told to the all the customers and communicated in writing. (26) Why the fine/surcharge imposed on the late deposit of instalment was not told to customer and why were it kept hidden from the ordinary customers? (27) Why no permanent policy has been published and secondly why policies are announced on daily need basis? (28) Those poor customers, who either by selling their valuables or by getting loans paid all the instalments regularly within 4 years and stood and trusted the BWC even during COVID, their trust has been breached by the BWC by U TURNS and imposing high level charges and keeping many kinds of charges hidden. How is the BWC going to restore their trust? 29) The merging policy is for those, who have paid upto 75% or less, that too with deduction of certain amount. This means to trap more customers and get more funds for the BWC with no relief/benefit for the customers. (30) Why those customers are punished for not allowing merging of files, who have purchased more than one file either for their sons /daughters (brothers/sisters) or husband/wife and have paid full charges of their files? Is this not discrimination and against administration of justice, against Islamic law/teaching and against Insani Hamdardi? (31) If the instalments charges of plots have been paid and all charges of all such instalments have been received and added in the BWC account/ledger but if a customer has lost any of the original receipt then why is the customers charged/fined @ Rs. 500/- per receipt? Further, why were such fine/charges kept hidden? In my my opinion, the BWC management is solely responsible. (32) Always the customers are on fault and they are fined on one or other excuse. Who will fine the BWC for not getting approval of NOC, delaying development of plots because of purchasing land and frequent ballotting trapping more and more customers through launching frequent new blocks. (Tyres of the vehicles waiting for punctures have been removed, still new vehicles are entering and their tyres are also removed for punctures but the PUNCTURE MAN HAS YET TO COME AND ALL THE DRIVERS ARE WAITING CRYING FOR PUNCTURE. SIMILARLY, THE BWC IS LAUNCHING FREQUENTLY NEW BLOCKS BUT THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS ARE CRYING WAITING FOR DEVELOPMENT). (33) Who is responsible for this severe and huge protest and down fall of resale value of files/plots severely, the BWC or the Customers or the Realtors? In my opinion, the BWC management is solely responsible for keeping many things hidden and for many things and for many U TURNS and for announcing policies on daily basis? Had the BWC made everything crystally clear before launching its society, there would have been hardly any such problem. Response is requested for these 33 questions

True but I think if blue world is suceeded to habitat in even one sector or block in 2 years then other sectors or blocks will habitat very quickly so I see blue world will start to populate about 30% in 5 years.

Blue world city sub say ghatiya socity hai. 6 sal ho gay na nkc na posession mila or har file 6 lac minus main socity ko wapis ki or ajj bhi payment ka cheque lenay gaya tha. 3 month ka bola tha socity office nay 5 month baad gaya or ajj bhi kahtay hain kuch month or lagain gay. Is ghatiya socity kay horse mascote dekh k koi bhai 1 penny bhi invest na karay. Ghatiya owner sood khoor hain bharway or developement charges dha kay brabar. Low cost ka keh keh kay logon ko luta gaya shame on such bloody liars

BWC - Most Important Suggestions: Continue BWC Boycott for 10 years, no more buy plot and not pay BWC installments. Suggestions: 1. It is most important and necessary for the fast growth and trusts rebuilding of BWC and all stakeholders, after detailed review BWC must be announced officially on the website and by post share a "BWC Revised and Final Plan 2024" with their Partners, Realtors, KZitemrs and Clients which is clearly mentioned after 50% payment BWC will handover physical plot with 50% developed area in their respective blocks/area and BWC will ensure 100% development within 6 months after receiving 100% payment from clients. 2. Development Charges will be standardized at 25%, and apply equally to all on the total Plot/Property cost amount. Receive development charges with the next monthly installments within the next 3 years. Increases are not suitable and not recommended at the current stage, plz ensure 25% Development Charges will be applied with a 3 year payment plan. In addition, 5% discount yearly will be provided for those who pay early (a total of 15% for 3 years, if the client pays within 2 years he will be eligible for a 5% discount or pay now lumpsum eligible for 15% discount). 3. Ensure no more "Chalaki (Artfulness)" and "Hoshyari (Prudent)" . . . . at all ends, means from all stakeholders i.e. BWC, Realtors, KZitemrs and Clients. 4. Moreover, you know better but you should go ahead carefully. . . . . . . 007, , , , ,.,,.,. Miscellaneous Guidelines: 1. Maximum BWC clients buying Files/property through realtors with committed payment plans, which are not mentioned 50% to 100%+ development charges will be applied by BWC. 2. Recently BWC development charges applied indicating it is a pre-planned targeted activity, resulting BWC committed to mentally torching their clients, resulting in clients returning their files and property with a loss and the Mafia again gaining money from the next buyers. 3. In short, review honestly all things from BWC foundation to BWC future, here need to share a clear and reality-matched plan and ensure delivery as per commitment, otherwise in the Future BWC will be degraded through public and overseas campaigns, the loss will be borne by all stakeholders i.e. Market, Project Management, Realtors, KZitemrs, buyers and Investors. 4. If BWC management fails to analyze and meets with challenges, the resulting project is already in failed status, moreover every client has sense and can support and degrade BWC project. 5. Plz remember and ensure this! Boycott BWC Property Investment - Anyone will not invest and buy BWC property for the next 10 five years. Save your money from extra clever and insensitive Realtors and KZitemrs. You can invest in some other safe and secure investment platforms i.e. Banks, National Savings etc. Boycott like BWC (Blue World City) Projects. Remember extra clever, insensitive Realtors and KZitemrs sharing their positive reviews with each other, also removing/blocking comments and reviews of their clients and investors that are not favoured by him. 6. 😮B o y c o t t - It is not possible to afford 40K + 30K average monthly in addition required relaxation for low income people. After the applied BWC development charges, where is BWC Humanity at this stage, BWC mentally torches their clients. It is possible clients approach International Humanity and Legal forms/ Platforms.😂 7. Everyone knows: Realtors and KZitemrs are playing the main role under consultation BWC Management. They are discussing and plan to how is possible get maximum profit from "Bewaqoof Awam". 8. Request to Clients: Keep eyes and ears open and do not forget corrupt Realtors, KZitemrs, BWC Management for any Housing Project management. You can invest in some other safe and secure investment platforms i.e. Banks, National Savings etc (which is investment double in 5 years). 10. Boycott like BWC (Blue World City) Projects. Remember extra clever, insensitive Realtors and KZitemrs sharing their positive reviews with each other, also removing/blocking comments and reviews of their clients and investors that are not favoured by him. 11. Don't forget Awam is Power. Share on a daily basis with your all social media groups, family, and friends.
