The blueberry season is starting to wrap-up here on the Homestead. There's probably only one more good picking out there - which should be ready in about a week or so. We've harvested around 4-5 gallons so far - so it's time to start using some up! Today we're going to make some BLUEBERRY BUTTER SWIM BISCUITS! They turned out amazing, even without the "frosting"

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated sugar (more, to taste)
1 Tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cups buttermilk (you may need 2 cups)
