Today, for a nice dessert I made blueberry daifuku mochi :)
This was wrapped with whipped fresh cream, and paired perfectly with the soft, thin mochi skin
Just a note: don’t store it in the fridge, do eat fresh as it becomes really hard in the fridge….
Do try it out:
140 g milk
80 g strawberry jam
100 g glutinous rice flour
30 g cornstarch
20 g unsalted butter
