Ingredients:
1. Blueberries - 1 cup
2. Walnut halves - 5
3. Honey - 1 tsp
4. Orange juice - 3/4 cup (I used freshly squeezed orange juice)
5. Silken tofu - 12 oz (340 g) - Can be replaced with extra soft tofu
Procedure:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender jar except tofu.
