We are Pieter and Marieke and since 2015 we have been sailing through the Netherlands with our motorboat the Canicula. During our first cruise through Overijssel, we fell from one surprise to the next. About the imposing buildings of Vollenhove, the massive sea lock of Blokzijl, the dike village of Kuinre. Awesome! We have now sailed through almost all of the Netherlands. To show everyone how beautiful the Netherlands is from the water, we make videos of our cruises and write articles about what we encounter along the way. The Canicula is a St. Tropez cabin cruiser of nine meters long, eighty centimeters deep and more than two meters high.
