Bob was 80 at 18. An old soul as a youngin. My fathers personal favorite. Not a day went by without Dylan flowing through my ears as a child. I'm 41 now and my pops been gone for a while now. Still not a day goes by without Dylan flowing through my ears.

If young people today want to hear what real protest music sounds like, the early Dylan stuff is how that genre of music should sound. It took intelligence and an open mind to really understand how deep his words were and what they meant. But there was definitely nobody like Dylan when it came to music with a message.

You don't go to Dylan for a singing concert, you go to be in his presence, he is a philosopher, a modern day Shakespeare, his poems will be read and songs will be sung for hundreds of years.
