I lived in Chicago,Illinois I was 12yrs. when this song came. It was a station name 106.3 "SOFT TOUCH". WOW that station played this song I instantly feel in love with Mr. James music. Also my love for jazz was born!!!❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍

I was in my late twenties when I came about Bob James. I had a dinner party for guest of ABC studios and even them were in awe ! I had Jean luc ponty as well and man what a great dinner we all had to this music. I was then told I had a great ear for great music. Love you Bob James. Thank you 🙏 for sharing your gift with us all. Yes I have most of all your cd’s. Then it was cassettes lol 😂

I'd love to hear Bob do some more synth stuff like this. With today's technology in the synth and VST world, his musicality could be made to sound even more incredible. He really brings a humanistic voice and character to the rigidity of digital sounds. Thank you Bob, you are truly one of the best.

Mine too. Actually It's my All-Time Bob James favorite. I saw him perform this tune @ the Myerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore, MD in 1987. My then wife took me there for my birthday in Febrero 1987. Sadly our marriage ended in 1992, but the memories will last a lifetime. Thank You Bob James for the great music & Thank You Donna for the Love & memories.

I remember when Majic 102 in Houston, Texas would play this during the Quiet Storm Hour in the early 90's. That's where I first heard it.
