love the video, just saw it because im looking into purchasing the soil cond. for my mt100. was wondering if when doing a sod job, would the soil conditionner be sufficient enough to grind the current grass, weeds and soil then re-sod or a sod cutter (grass remover) is still needed before the use of the soil conditionner? thanks

Is the lawn established? If so, yes it would be tough

Any irrigation being done and how long did the job take?

No irrigation. It took us a few months working on and off to complete it. Sometimes we had to wait for site contractors to finish before we could. For a May/ June / July planting it came in very nice
