This is a Qi Gong Breathing that I have learned from Master Shi Heng Yi, Headmaster of Shaolin Temple Europe located in Germany.
You can investigate by yourself the benefits of this practice surfing on the Internet: there is a lot of “literature” about the importance of breathing in Qi Gong and others meditation exercises.
I’m just a student, I cannot explain more than my own practice and experience sharing it with you!
I usually practise this form in the morning, sometimes as a warm-up of my body and mind after a long period of sleep and before others practices.
