I’ve been in sales for 25 years and have sat through many sales trainings and seminars. This KZitem episode is the best thing I have ever heard for my business. Thank you so much for posting this!!

Listened to the podcast on my commute today and thought I would check back on KZitem this evening to see the visuals. Excellent interview EXCEPT…someone had to say it…Richard mentioned in the first few sentences that he was diagnosed with Autism at age 44. I was disappointed that you didn’t ask about this. Shy kid became an introvert, after read 200 books on body language/communication before age 18 when he went to a Tibetan monastery for 6 months, then a London acting school, then the big “aha” with the hairdresser…much success…and then, years later, he is diagnosed as Autistic? Wow. I really wanted to know more.

Fascinating interview. I think focusing on finding another person’s greatness and showing it to them is a brilliant way to be task oriented in a conversation, which for me lessons social anxiety. I bought the book and saved this podcast for future viewing. Thank you Erika!
