Two very important things about diet in weight loss guys: 1. Your diet should be able to give results you are after in a healthy way both physically and emotionally. 2. You should be able to sustain that diet all the way to grave or else you are on FAD diet and you will gain weight fast moment you revert back to your original diet. Here is the following you need to do lose weight: 1. Salt, Sugar and Oil free diet or SOS free. Your body needs no more than 1gm of Sodium to work efficiently. Don't go near refined Sugar i.e chocolate, ice cream, candies, biscuits, fizzy drinks like coke, Pepsi etc, cakes, pastries, donuts, sweets etc Don't eat any oils especially processed oils like vegetable, palm, canola oils. Only use peanut or Virgin Olive cold compressed oils. 2. Don't stop swap to good carbs: White bread to multigrain Butter or spread to peanut butter Sugar to fruits Fried to roasted veggies and different colours of vegetables at least 5 a day. Potatoes to sweet potato 3. Don't eat anything after sun set. 4. Drink no more than 2 litres of fluids everyday that includes water, tea, coffee, juice etc. 5. Of course, Exercise or physical activity is vital at least 4 days a week. 6. Drink low alcohol or 0.0% not low carb. Alcohol increase fat absorption rate and encourages to eat unhealthy or stodgy meals. 7. Don't skip breakfast ever. Most important meal of day. 8. Do intermittent fasting no more than 2 in a week. Your sugar levels will go down fast and is capable of reversing diabetes. 9. Stay away from processed, packed or frozen and fast foods. They are packed with sugar, oil and salt which will lead to massive weight gain. 10. Always take small servings. Eat slowly and don't watch TV or mobile while you eat. Sit and relax and enjoy ya meal. Have healthy snacks between meals.

Each and every word he said is true . I used to be 98 kgs . I tried Artificial sugar but doesnt worked but i got side affects like , Acne , Heavy stomach etc. Then i used to eat whatever i wanted , like ( 3-4 cups of tea , choclate , pizza , burger ) i didn't even lose a gram of weight . Still my weight was 98kg . But then i tried to find my maintenance calories ( MC mean calories which nor make you fat nor losse your weight , meana your weight remains the same ) mine maintenance calories was 3200 something . Then I started consuming 2800 calories and i lost 4.3 kg in a month . And this video is the best video on youtube for fat loss ;) ( sry my english suckss )

Sir I think so, while following weight loss tips and taking weight loss diet like low carb etc., the biggest problem is that the muscle mass of the body gets decremented, while the fat is in that quantity. Decrease is not possible. So how can we keep our muscles secure and reduce the extra fat from the body?

Increase protein intake while following a workout routine. My own experience: I lost quite a bit of muscle mass after my initial days of over enthusiastic workout. I used to have pain in muscles and stuff, and I realized I'm lacking protein. I increased dal, fish/(chicken)meat/eggs in my diet and it helped. I built back muscles and I started losing fat!

Amazing, very useful tips. I have lost 5 kg in 45 days by following the healthy plate method. I do not starve but eat healthy snacks like chickpeas when hungry. I eat lot of fruits and vegetable salads. Strictly no food after 7 PM and fast from 7pm to around 9.30 to 10 am in the morning. No exercise. Only the timings and changes in the food has helped me lose weight.

@Sumit I understand try to educate them in humble and polite way and don't compromise with yours and your family's health and continue your veganism, fasting not eating too much avoiding foreign emported and packaged spoiled stuff and all other ayurvedic practices they will greatly impact your life .fituber also changed my life and given me right direction to fitness. all the best 👍

The percentage of Fulvic acid in Kapiva's Shilajit is only 3.5%. So it might be "pure", but I doubt if it will be effective. @Fittuber - have you done research on this aspect of Shilajit?

Sir you might feel bit strange but kya kare jab ye sab Ghar me "lanewali" "pakane wali" hi kuch na kare ? Market me se green vegetables na laaye, palak na laaye aur natural wheat laa kar usko pis ne ki jagah aashirwad ka ready made aata laaye aur kacchi roti khilaye ?
