i always get these koreans on my instagram doing a weird deadlift and weird bench press with a lot of weight, and they all seem to be bodybuilder so im confused as to why they do it ? whats the thinking ?

Can anyone tell me what might be the reason for this? My IT band as well as my far right hip and glute muscle get so much pain with back squats...but my front squats have absolutely no pain whatsoever Im 6'4 or nearly 2 meters tall if that helps

Is the pain always present? Asking because you usually front squat a much lower weight than back squat.

@@alexvisan7622 the pain starts as soon as I start back squatting and it hurts all throughout the day just a lot less

Probably some sort of technique issue that caused the pain over a span of many sets and repetitions across time. Hard to tell without videos.
