Most videos I found are just sales videos with lots of talking. I wanted a video to motivate me to use it every day (you working out with me) since I have the bar already. I really liked your video and will add it to my morning routine. Thank you!

Umm, ok...I have had my bodygym for a few years without using it. I have done several searches for follow along workout videos. I couldn't find any!! Not sure why this one finally popped up when I decided to search again, but I glad. I am the type of person that needs a full follow along video. I honestly think Marie is missing a great opportunity to renew the love of this product. With KZitem, Reels, Instagram, and TikTok, she should put out full workout videos now!! Thank you so much for this!!!❤❤

I'm glad I could help. It does seem there is somewhat a lack of exercise videos and support for the body gym. I think its a great twist off of a band workout and there is a lot you can do with it. Sadly I did just lose my workout equipment due to a house flood, including my BodyGym. So it may be a while until I record another video. You can roll the bar to tighten the resistance bands around the bar for a better workout too. That’s what I do for curls.

Nice job, Troy. Can u now do some in a chair or holding onto the back of a chair? I am 63, had a stroke 3.5 yrs ago with arthritis and need to strengthen my core and legs. Thanks!!

You also can get more resistance with rolling the band around.

Yeah, it's a pretty decent piece for home use. It's pretty versatile for full body use. And doesn't take up roo much space which I am a big fan of.
