Sharing simple way of cooking my homegrown bok choy that can be so tasty and delicious with fried tofu and toasted garlic. Enjoy! Kain po tayo!
INGREDIENTS:
- 5-6 Bunches baby bok choy, rinsed and drained
- 1 block firm tofu, cut into cubes
- oil for frying
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce ( use 3 tbsp if less salty is preferred )
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil ( optional )
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons water
