The album version brought me to tears. This version gave me goosebumps. The beautiful beginning and the building intensity throughout the song, as well as the participation of the crowd makes this such an amazing performance. *side note* I’ve rewatched this at least a dozen times just to see the drummer intensify every time they show him on camera

@wolvespat hmm not really. The one proper album that he has released was entirely a solo project. He performs solo under the moniker Bon Iver. So I'd say that makes him a "him". If you mean that on stage there is a band, then yes, I am aware of that. Thanks anyway. Incidentally, I never proclaimed that I liked them (I do, of course) so your comment didn't really make sense. You said it with such authority that I kind of wish you were right though.

@Antetonio I don't really understand the way you've tried to explain it, but I know how to pronounce Bon Iver (i.e. "Bon eeVAIR) my point was that the guy who shouted it pronounced it wrong. Also, "artists" and "bands" are not seperate categories: a band can be classed as an artist. What I said before was right and I thought I'd explained what I meant fairly well
@DrumsandStrums

No, but if he was going to be obnoxious enough to yell something out during such an intimate part of the song, he should at least have known how to pronounce the band's name.
