Beautiful - this is what farmers here from Namaqualand would call "real food", especially in the olden days, cooked in the coal stove and served on homemade sourdough bread. It may look a little jello, but it's so delicious!!!

For anyone here who’s an absolute savage and just wants to eat marrow raw because it’s delicious and builds muscle on another level, slap it in a bowl, raw honey, splash of olive oil, salt. You’re welcome. Your gains, joint health and skin health will be on another level.

I’m loving the videos Andy! Just a bit of constructive criticism...try using other descriptive words other than beautiful and incredible. You tend to use them a lot in all of your videos, nothing wrong with it I just feel like you are over using them a bit. Also, maybe do a little less slow motion. Other than those 2 things, your videos are absolutely amazing and I love all your videos! I’ve tried a few recipes and I’m blown away every time!
