hot tip from a B&N bookseller: ask at the register if you can match the online price! typically hardcovers are a few dollars cheaper on the BN website (sometimes a LOT of dollars) and we can match it in store :) it goes for paperbacks too but that’s not AS common

I recently switched from candles to wax burners bc of how quickly I was running through candles. I like to burn a candle every day to calm down and relax and it was getting WAY too expensive. I would also leave them burning and I would go through them in a few days. With how expensive B&BW candles are I was having an issue. To save money I've done 2 things. I switched to the bath and body wall plug ins. They're so much cheaper, go on sale all the time, and they keep my house smelling good all the time, but I also started using wax burners to limit how quickly I'm going through candles. The wax burner uses less wax but you still get the same effect. They're far cheaper than candles as well. I would recommend for budget girlies like me.

When I go somewhere that I know will be overstimulating, like Walmart, I put one of my AirPod pros in and play music at a low volume. Then I’m still very aware of my surroundings but it blocks some out sound and the music kinda keeps me level. For the lights, maybe try rose tinted glasses. They’re for light sensitivity but maybe that would help with the lighting being overstimulating.

Nice book haul! Yeah careful with the reading marathon lol I totally got burnt out on one of those and couldn't look at another book for like a solid week haha. But I literally found my favorite book during that, its called sunnyville by jhhastings and honestly its so so good. Small town vibes, its got an awesome lake, the characters are really wholesome and interesting but the story is sooo gripping/exciting. Its definitely my favorite book as of now - anyhow, HIGHLY recommend throwing that on the wishlist asap! Not sure if you're even looking for recs haha but anyways great video!

Hi! Not a weird question at all(: umm it’s kind of hard to explain but to put it simply, I just feel like everything is “too much”. All my senses are heightened. It feels like being put in a room where sirens are going off, your wearing scratchy fabric, strong smells in your nose and strobe lights going off lolol. I start to get really anxious and my brain can’t process everything going on so I just kind of shut down.

loud noises bother me too and too many noises or things or even voices at one time bother me. Even makes my mood shift when it's too much at once. love your haul! the there's so many things I want to do but I don't have the energy, yeah I felt that in my soul. Choosing to read though fixes it every time.
