I am always glad when I get on KZitem and there’s a new video from my favorite book tuber. Another booktuber posted a video of books sho bought from awesome books. It’s in the UK but the shipping for my books was $5 something.

Very nice, Peggy - I am a great fan of Peter Harmsen's work so I hope to pick up a copy of his book on Bernhard Sindberg soon. But there are so many books at the moment!! LOL!!

Hello Peg. Love your work. Love the books you love. Is it possible to one day do a tour of your bookshelf.

A great book about Barbarossa invasion is "The Greatest Battle" by Andrew Nagorski. He says how Nazi failure to take Moscow was pivotal to the war. A lot of detail, information and well written. I'd recommend, thanks.

Apologies I did not know you were a veteran, we might be from different nations, but I’m sure your contribution is respected.

For a good analysis of the Wehrmacht and their performance on the battlefield I'd take Max Hasting any time. He really strips away at the old thinking in his own fashion. Like Kenneth Clark claimed once; the end of the Roman Empire was not because of any Vandales but because of boredom

Fun to watch the pups, Roxie, no thanks to play. Franco, the only fascist to survive (other than the new ones). I'm not interested in him, although I do love Spain.
