So good to see a video of the Boom taking off that isn't cut into tiny segments. Thanks so much for this!

Good. Just hurry up and get an SST back in service so I can fly supersonic before I die. Concorde was flying before I was born so I never knew a world without supersonic air service but by the time I grew up and could afford it, it was gone. Its like all the great promises of the 1960s just went belly up in the 1970s and we all had to wait 50 years for the pendulum to swing back.

I'm thinking those abandoned commercial planes on the side are cheering on the XB-1.

Nice video, how do you know in advance when it’s going to fly?

STILL looks like an overgrown F5. BTW, the engines aren't the noise problem, it's the shockwave at altitude and speed. People don't mind engine noise, the sonic boom engenders complaints.

No quieter than Concorde .

XB-1 is a bit different in terms of engines. The reason why XB-1 might be a bit noisy in this video is because XB-1 has Turbojets + Afterburners.

It appears to be flying like a lead-turd waiting to stall spin. Definitely does not appear to be a real air-worthy air craft. Just saying.
