In-season, they help maintain that explosive edge, ensuring you stay fast and agile when it matters most.
Incorporate drop jumps into your weekly routine by adding them to your plyometric or lower body strength days. Start with 2-3 sets of 5-8 reps, and adjust based on your experience level and overall training load.
