HOW TO COOK BOPIS (exact ingredients below)
Bopis is a Filipino dish made of beef liver, heart & lungs, sautéed in onions, garlic, chili, bell pepper, carrot & radish. It is served as a main dish or “pulutan” - an appetizer taken with alcoholic drinks.

Ingredients:
1 Pork liver
1 Pork lungs
1 Pork heart
6 cloves of garlic
3 red chili (optional)
3 onions
3 tbsp of fish sauce
pepper
laurel
2 tbsp of annatto oil
1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp of vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 carrot
1 radish
3 green chili (optional)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
for boiling the liver, lungs & heart
1 lemon grass
pepper corn
4 cloves of garlic
1 ginger
