Nice video timing, I just started taking boron again the other day. I had no idea that long-duration endurance activities were correlated with low T though. Guess you wont see me signing up for any marathons...
@ArsalanAspires
3 ай бұрын
Prolonged endurance exercise can trigger the release of stress hormones like cortisol, which can suppress testosterone production. But with that said, not all endurance athletes experience significant declines in testosterone, and individual responses can vary based on factors such as training intensity, duration, nutrition, and genetic predisposition. It's one you definitely have to learn for yourself.

This is really interesting! I’ve never considered that boron might be a good way to boost testosterone. One thing I’ve tried that has worked really well for testosterone is standardized hot-water Tongkat Ali root extract. Your video in 2022 helped convince me to take the leap actually. I’ve been using it for over a year now to boost energy levels and exercise performance and it’s worked a charm. My libido has also returned with a vengeance (hello, morning wood). Will definitely try experimenting with combining it with a boron supplement to boost these effects.

I was definitely feeling some Testosterone that day, got a bit flustered at the gym. The absolute best and i mean BEST thing about Boron, is my wrist. I had a hair line fracture from years ago and for once it is finally not hurting like crazy. I am 100% sure the boron is the reason why. I will never not take boron. I could barely wash my dishes without pain but now i'm in the gym able to pick up big weights. I still occasionally feel pain doing pull ups but only because that grip is pretty hard on the wrist no matter what. Anyway i will stop ranting but if you are on the fence about it. It works for sure. I do feel a lot more confident nowadays.
