Meat / poultry - 300-400 g

I will cook with chicken, not beef, because I want it to be easier. My dad, for example, likes to cook with beef and add lard for fat content. I prefer chicken. A very simple recipe, but borscht is no less tasty from this.
First of all, let's send the chicken to boil. (It is better to fill it immediately with hot water so that there is no scale.) I usually take the thighs or wings, the more fatty parts.
We prepare the ingredients while cooking the borscht. Potatoes - peel, cut. Some housewives throw the whole potato into the borsch, and at the end, when the borsch is almost ready, they take it out, break it into several parts with a fork and send it back. It also turns out very tasty. But I just cut into pieces: three grated wood, carrots - we cut beautifully, onions - we cut beautifully, we chop cabbage. That's all, we have prepared the main ingredients.
15 minutes after the chicken broth boils, we send the potatoes there, wait until it boils, boil for 10 minutes and add the cabbage (Before the cabbage, I prefer to take out the chicken and leave to cool). After adding cabbage - we immediately start frying.
Frying is a key moment in borscht preparation. Therefore, we are not hackneyed here, we adhere to the recipe. First, fry the onion until golden brown, then add the beets to it. Fry the beets for about 2-3 minutes.
