First things first, this video is not sponsored by Reese's Puff cereal. But I am not opposed to getting free cereal if you are watching. :)
This is me repairing my Bosch Oven. The control board ended up having a resistor melt. I could not find a replacement board so it came to this. It has been 3 months by the time this video is going up that I did this repair and we have had no problems with the oven since.
Notes - I did not mention in the video, but when I was matching up the resistors there was still one end of the melted resistor that I could see the size, color of one band and the base color of the resistor. All of these matched up with the resistor I choose to use in its place.
- The piece of paper I found the codes on and the temperature probe resistance specs on was located on the back of the oven in a plastic pouch. While it did have wiring diagrams included, It did not show a diagram of the circuit board except what some of the relays were called/for and pins of the connectors.
I hope you have found this interesting or entertaining as I took you along on my repair experience.
