Botch are one of the very few bands where I can honestly say that this is "Real music". You can hear heavy bands all day long and enjoy their tunes, but Botch are a band where I can shy away from the world and become an introvert and get lost down their rabbit hole. They play what is right for each of their songs and know how to hit you in your heart. They don't make bands like this anymore.

Botch is gold ! "We Are The Romans" is an everlasting classic ! Botch, Dillinger, Converge, Coalesce, Cave In, The National Acrobat, Deadguy Kiss it Goodbye, (early) Isis, Starkweather Late 90's Metalcore was the REAL Metalcore or as some people like to call it Noisecore.

Yeah 34 times. They are from Tacoma and played there, Seattle, and surrounding areas a lot. The music scene was amazing during their time, a lot of thanks goes to Botch. The 2nd band I saw the most of was the Murder City Devils which I saw 31 times ( some shows they played together). After the Devils and Botch called it quits I stopped going to local shows because no one else compared. That was until a few months ago when I discovered Wide Eye Panic.

I was never really into hardcore bands, or anything related to them - always a metal kind of guy, but bands like Botch, Cave In, and Converge just stand out above all of the mediocrity, and this song proves it, these guys OWN.

I love how the guitarist for Botch is now the guitarist for Minus the Bear. And it's funny: I saved this video in my favourits about two years ago. I heard the first minute of it and thought, I'll try and get into it later. I just so happened to listen to this again for some reason, and now I love it.

Most people who like Botch are also into Converge. I'm a fan of Botch and Merle Haggard. Saw Botch once in Meridian, Idaho at a rented Lion's Club type thing. They ruled plus the singer and bassist were really cool dudes. The guitarist was a wipeass but maybe he was having a bad day.
